BAKED POTATO FILLLIG....
CHEESE AND HAM

Serves 1

  • 1 hot baked potato
  • slice of boiled ham, chopped
  • 60g (2 oz) cheese, grated. (Use whatever cheese you have in the fridge for this recipe)
  • 1 teaspoon English mustard
  • small knob of butter or margarine
  • seasoning

Method

  1. Split the potato in half and scoop out the flesh to leave a hollow potato shell about 1 cm (½ inch) thick. Place the flesh in a bowl with the ham, cheese, mustard, butter and seasoning and mash well together.
  2. Pile the filling back into the potato and return to the oven for 15 minutes until golden.
