BAKED POTATO FILLLIG....
CHEESE AND HAM
Serves 1
- 1 hot baked potato
- slice of boiled ham, chopped
- 60g (2 oz) cheese, grated. (Use whatever cheese you have in the fridge for this recipe)
- 1 teaspoon English mustard
- small knob of butter or margarine
- seasoning
Method
- Split the potato in half and scoop out the flesh to leave a hollow potato shell about 1 cm (½ inch) thick. Place the flesh in a bowl with the ham, cheese, mustard, butter and seasoning and mash well together.
- Pile the filling back into the potato and return to the oven for 15 minutes until golden.
