BROWNIES vegetarian, really easy & quick to make This recipe makes 12 brownies3 eggs250g sugar200g dark chocolate125g butter100g self raising flour150g white chocolate chopped into chunksMethodWhisk eggs and sugar in a bowl.Melt chocolate and butter over a low heat (allow to cool a little)Pour chocolate mix into egg mix and stir together with flourAdd choc chunks to the mixture and pour into lined tray. The amount should fill one baking tray, approximately sized 30cm by 20 cm (12in x 8in)Pre heat the oven at 190C / 370F. Bake for approximately 15-20 mins, (it should still wobble when removed from oven)Chill thoroughly before slicing and serve (freezes well too)
