BUFFALO CHICKEN WINGS

gluten free & really easy to make

Chicken wings baked with a spicy, devilled sauce. You won’t be able to eat these without licking your fingers.

 

Serves 2

  • 1 small onion, very finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed (or use a garlic press)
  • 1 tablespoon clear honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons tomato ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • few drops of Tabasco
  • 12 chicken wings

Method

Preheat the oven to 200C,400F, Gas 6. Place the onion, garlic, honey, olive oil, tomato ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco together in a small saucepan. Simmer together for 5 minutes.

  1. Place the chicken wings on a baking sheet and brush all over with the sauce. Bake for about 30 minutes, basting occasionally with sauce, until cooked through and golden brown.
