BUFFALO CHICKEN WINGS
gluten free & really easy to make
Chicken wings baked with a spicy, devilled sauce. You won’t be able to eat these without licking your fingers.
Serves 2
- 1 small onion, very finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed (or use a garlic press)
- 1 tablespoon clear honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons tomato ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- few drops of Tabasco
- 12 chicken wings
Method
Preheat the oven to 200C,400F, Gas 6. Place the onion, garlic, honey, olive oil, tomato ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco together in a small saucepan. Simmer together for 5 minutes.
- Place the chicken wings on a baking sheet and brush all over with the sauce. Bake for about 30 minutes, basting occasionally with sauce, until cooked through and golden brown.
