TSATZIKI

vegetarian, gluten free & really easy to make

A fresh tasting dip of cucumber, garlic, mint and yoghurt.

 

Makes 1 small bowl

  • 5 cm (2 inch) piece cucumber, coarsely grated
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped (or use a garlic press)
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
  • 150 ml (¼ pint) Greek-style yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
  • seasoning

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients well together and season taste. Serve immediately.
