vegetarian & really easy to make

Serves 2-3

  • 125g (4 oz) self-raising flour
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 60g (2 oz) vegetable suet
  • seasoning

Method

  1. Place the flour, parsley, suet and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Add about 4 tablespoons of warm water and mix together to make a soft dough.
  2. Shape into 6 small balls and drop. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes until, dumplings are tender.
