HOT SALSA

vegan, gluten free, lactose free, really easy & quick to make

Makes a bowl

  • 250g (8 oz) ripe tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 2 small chillies, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped (or use a garlic press)
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • seasoning

Method

  1. Mix together the tomatoes, chilli, garlic, onion, coriander, olive oil and seasoning.
